How to Find Fox Valley Wellness Center/Midwest Hyperbarics

Driving Directions:

From the South

North on Hwy 41.
Take the WI-175/ WI-151 exit (exit #95).
Turn right onto WI-151 North.
Turn left at first road which is Camelot Drive (Surgery Center building at the corner).
Follow Camelot Drive to Knights Way turn right. We are located on the right, across from Charter Communications.

From the North

Take US-41 South to the last Fond du Lac exit (exit #95), WI-175/WI-151 exit.
Turn left onto WI-151
Turn left at first road which is Camelot Drive (Surgery Center building at the corner).
Follow Camelot Drive to Knights Way turn right. We are located on the right, across from Charter Communications.

From the Sheboygan Area

Take WI-23 to the West for approximately 32 miles.
Turn left onto WI-151 South(New bypass just beyond Aurora Health Care).
Turn right onto Camelot Drive (Surgery Center building at the corner).
Follow Camelot Drive to Knights Way turn right. We are located on the right.

From the Madison Area

Take US-151 North for approximately 70 miles, after crossing over highway 41, turn left at the first road which is Camelot Drive (Surgery Center building at the corner), follow Camelot Drive to Knights Way and turn right. We are located on the right, across from Charter Communications.
