Real Weight Release Program

What is Hcg?
In the 1950s, a British doctor working in Italy, Dr. Simeons, discovered that small amounts of Hcg (125-175 mIU/ml) in his obese patients resulted in rapid and lasting weight loss without hunger or apparent negative lasting side-effects. Since that time, thousands of men and women have used the Simeons protocol to successfully reduce.
Dr. Simeons wrote Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity so that other health professionals could assist their clients. Free copies of this manuscript are available online, or you may borrow a copy from this office.
The Hcg may be administered by injection with a small insulin needle once per day. A non-injected alternative is to place what’s called a ‘troche’, a tiny lozenge, under the tongue (sublingually) twice per day. Vit. B may be used in conjunction with the Hcg in selective cases.
Combined with other mind-body modalities or alone, Hcg can mobilize abnormal fat stores to be used as fuel while the client adopts a very low calorie diet (VLCD) for a short time.
Are you ready to reclaim your life?
Why use Hcg for weight release?
Where other approaches to weight loss have failed, Hcg can help people regain control of their life!
An average of a pound per day is released
Typically there is little to no hunger
Results are immediate
The program helps eliminate sugar cravings
The program ‘resets’ the hypothalamus to a new set point
Who may be a candidate for this program?
For a lot of people, simple alterations in dietary and exercise habits will result in weight loss. For these people, nutritional counseling, supplements, hypnosis, and/or an exploration of new and engaging exercise routines will change bad habits and pounds will disappear.
Others can eat appropriate amounts of healthy food and enjoy an active lifestyle and still gain weight. These are the people who will benefit most from a program that includes Hcg.
There are still others who have other imbalances that require a licensed medical health professional to assist them in making other medical changes…such as those with thyroid issues or diabetics. While these individuals must be more closely monitored due to the rapid changes likely to take place on the protocol, a doctor can determine if the program is right for them.
What can I expect if I am a suitable candidate?
Step 1: Each client will be medically evaluated by Dr. Meress or Gina Knudsen, PA to determine if the program is suitable and if modifications must be made to accommodate the client’s particular health needs.
At this point, other integrative wellness opportunities may or may not be discussed as well. (See below.)
Step 2: Program Coordinator Kim Wildner will meet with clients to discuss the program, answer questions and gather further information to customize and optimize the weight release experience. You will be given handouts to help with selection of food choices. In some cases, these may vary slightly from the original Dr. Simeons Pounds and Inches manuscript where Dr. Meress feels that would be beneficial to a specific health profile.
Step 3: Once the Hcg is prescribed, you begin the VLCI (Very Low Calorie Intake) portion of the program. This portion of the program lasts from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the amount of weight loss desired. It is essential that the protocol be followed exactly. The food amounts and selections are very precise. Remember, this is not a diet in the way we typically think of it! ‘Cheating’ doesn’t just set you back; it could derail your attempts completely. The good news is that while the program does take commitment, it is much easier to follow with the assistance of Hcg.
Your program coordinator will meet with you weekly to address any challenges you may face, and if you need a change in prescription or other medical interventions, you will be supported there as well. At those weekly meetings your progress and well-being will be monitored.
These weekly check-ins also offer an opportunity to schedule hypnosis, acupuncture, infrared sauna, colonic or IV therapy appointments if desired or suggested by the doctor.
Step 4: Begin the stabilization portion of your program. This part of the program lasts a minimum of 6 weeks. During the first part of this phase, there is no starch or sugar allowed. Slowly, these things, in moderation, are added. It may sound like a daunting task to avoid ‘white foods’, but you’ll be amazed at how your body and mind have changed by that time!
Step 5: A liver cleanse (Core Restore) is scheduled to optimize liver function after the release of toxins released from stored fat.
For persons desiring to release 20 - 40 lbs., this may complete the program. The average weight release is approximately 10-15% of a person’s body weight per ‘round’. If a person wishes to release more weight, they may do more ‘rounds’ after consulting with the doctor and program coordinator.

*Dr. Simeons advises against massage and strenuous exercise during this part of the program, and experience has shown this does tend to result in a stall or a gain. How might this look for me?
Visit # 1- Meet with Dr. Meress or Gina Knudsen, PA for a physical, history. At this time blood will be drawn. Meet with Program coordinator for a brief explanation of program. You will receive written material so that you might become acquainted with the program while until your lab results become available. Welcome to the start of your new life!

HCG Clinical Study
Effect of human chorionic Gonadotropin on weight loss, hunger, and feeling of well-being
Authored by: W. L. Asher M.D. and Harold W. Harper M.D.
From the American Society of Bariatric Physicians Research Council, 333 West Hampden Avenue, Englewood, Colorado 80110
Twenty female patients on 500- to 550- kcal diets receiving daily injections of 125 IU of human chorionic gonadotropin were compared with 20 female patients on 500- to 550-kcal diets receiving placebo injections. Patients in both groups were instructed to return for daily injections 6 days each week for a total of 36 injections (unless desired weight was achieved prior to this). The HCG group lost significantly more mean weight, had a significantly greater mean weight loss per injection, and lost a significantly greater mean percentage of their starting weight. The percentage of affirmative daily patient responses indicating "little or no hunger" and "feeling good to excellent" was significantly greater in the HCG group than in the placebo group. Additional investigation of the influence of HCG on weight loss, hunger, and well-being seems indicated.

Disclaimer: We do not claim HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin) alone can facilitate weight loss, but according to doctors in other countries using HCG with a particular protocol will result in loss of fat and weight by stimulating the hypothalamus gland. Studies published by the Journal of the American Medical Association and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggesting that HCG is ineffective as a weight-loss aid changed the parameters so that the entire HCG protocol was not actually evaluated. The tests they did were not conducted in the same manner as Dr Simeons originally specified in the HCG diet or in the HCG protocol.
In detailed studies where the HCG hormone was used then with the entire HCG protocol proved the effectiveness of HCG for weight loss in other countries. There are no proven side effects of HCG while using it for weight loss. HCG is still administered in clinics for fertility drugs in much higher doses than used for weight programs, and is made in amounts about 4,000 times as high in pregnant women, so if it is safe for fertility drugs and does no harm to women who may be pregnant many times throughout their lifetime, it is reasonable to conclude that HCG must be safe enough for weight loss treatments as well. However, The FDA Requires this disclaimer regarding HCG:
INDICATIONS AND USAGE: HCG HAS NOT BEEN DEMONSTRATED TO BE EFFECTIVE ADJUNCTIVE THERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF OBESITY. THERE IS NO SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE THAT IT INCREASES WEIGHT LOSS BEYOND THAT RESULTING FROM CALORIC RESTRICTION, THAT IT CAUSES A MORE ATTRACTIVE OR "NORMAL" DISTRIBUTION OF FAT, OR THAT IT DECREASES THE HUNGER AND DISCOMFORT ASSOCIATED WITH CALORIE-RESTRICTED DIETS.
